We certainly understand our members frustration The end of the year is one of our busiest times with all the new construction homes wanting to get electric service before the holidays or shortly after the holidaysIt creates a backlog of work subject to weather conditions and scheduling We regret that this member had such a delay but it was a job that required several poles be set and weather has a factor in construction and completion Our operations manager has spoken with the member this morning and assured him that we will be on site today The member should have service by the end of the week

This customer did make a payment on 7/18 but that payment was for an extension we had granted her on her previous bill due 6/10.  The due date of the extension was 7/9 and she did not pay this amount until 7/18. By this time she had another bill due 7/10 with a disconnect date of...

7/25.   We were at her location to disconnect but we gave her 1 hour to come up with payment.  Once we have been to the location to disconnect we will not accept partial payment on the bill.  Amount past due must be paid in full.

I have to be out by the end of the month from this address and just needed more time had they informed me of the other disconnect I would have been able to pay more when I paid the last disconnect
