I used Pro-tection Dallas todayThey came out and quoted me $1,to treat one foot sectional and chairsI went into another room and minutes later they were saying that they had completed the job! Seriously!? For that amount of money I was certain that this was some very labor intensive process! At the very least, I thought they would vacuum the furniture to remove any dust or debris before treating itBut that was far from the truthNot to mention that my house smelled terribleIt smelled like pesticides!
I pulled out my American Express to pay and was told that they do not accept Am ExOkayI gave him my VISA and it was declinedI was concerned as to why, but at this point I simply wrote a checkAfter they left I called VISA and was told that the charge was declined because there was a red flag on that account and that they were considered a risky transaction
I called the technician and asked if he could enlighten me as to why that may have happenedHe said that he had no ideaI then proceeded to ask why the minutes service had a price tag of $1,I asked, "where is the cost? Is it a really expensive product?" He said the cost was in the serviceThere were peopleHe said that they laid drop cloths and removed the cushionsThat must have taken all of minutesIt was only an foot sectionalThe entire service took minutesDrop cloths, cushions removed, spray and leave! At their pricing they are making $4,an hour to spray furniture! I spent more time moving my chairs back into place and replacing all of the sofa cushions than they spent spraying itI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
