This service call was for an annual inspection of my heating system *** and *** seem to work well as a team *** performed the inspection and *** explained to me the benefits of Gene's Team Membership *** was very patient with my questions because the terms had changed slightly from past years
Installed a new furnace today Very good work, efficient, knowledgeable They worked quickly and cleanly to get me back in comfort Explained and set up new heating schedule, showed me how to maintain the new equipment, and identified shut off valves in an emergency They will be partners with us for all our heating needs Recommend!
On Monday Nov26th Gene Burch Plumbing sent a very polite technician named Johntae to repair our non functioning furnace The technician identified the problem as a rusted fan inducer motor - a part he said would cost two thousand dollars to replace!! - He then strongly suggested that we replace our year old furnace as it was out of warranty - this would cost over $Checking online we found that the fan part was available for $dollars!!!
We followed up an appointment with another local heating company - the one who had originally installed the furnace - and their technician's diagnosis was that we needed a new 'motherboard' and the fan inducer was fine - he had the part in his truck and the furnace was working in minutes - the cost for the board- two new filters and the service call was $I called Gene Burch Plumbing on 12/5/and said I wanted to discuss the issue before reporting them to Revdex.com and posting a complaint on *** - the woman who answered the phone said she was the wife of the owner and they would get back to me - they did not....KHM - ***
*** and *** did a great job installing our new air conditioner They were prompt and efficient Tae is very knowledgeable and answered my question easily and in terms that I could understand I highly recommend them

*** * the Field Service Technician from *** Burch Plumbing Heating and Air was a very nice man who knows his business but the timing of my job was badly mishandled all around from the the owner of the company, whose name is also ***, to the office, to *** *himselfI simply got misinformation on timing and arrival of parts and nobody in the office seemed concerned about itInstead of one or two days without heat as I was told, it was almost a weekThat is not good service
The Burch Plumbing team comes annually to certify our backflow device for the MMWD and today they came to install an automatic shutoff device on our gas line to prevent gas flow in the event of an earthquakeThis is a very professional organization and the team members are very nice peopleIt has been a pleasure doing business with themThey're on time, efficient and competent
I've used Gene Burch Plumbing for many years and have never been disappointed in their service Recently my water heater failed over the weekend I left a message and first thing Monday ( 7:am) they called me and had a man out by AM to diagnose the problemUnfortunately, the heater had to be replaced but by Tuesday afternoon I had a working water heater installed by the owner himself, Gary Burch, who left his usual desk duties to take care of my problem along with his assistant Sam
*** and *** with *** *** were outstanding They we very knowledgable, and polite as they fixed our air conditioner They called prior to the appointment, arrived on time, handled the issues and solved our problem I would use them again with future problems
I had a blocked sink disaster *** *and his helper came out quickly, were attentive and courteous, and went the extra mile They both pulled on overalls and crawled under my home to identify the site of a leak and the extent of a blockage They replaced a broken garbage disposal and snaked out my bathroom sink as well I'm very impressed, and will call *** ***, and will request *** for any future needs
