Review: Tolen Studio promised to deliver custom website ( NOT A TeMPLATE) involving many hours of programming and work the price they charging me for this project was $2500 plus $1500 for multi languages, plus another $1000 for social media profiles plus another $$$$ total for this project is $5,000 plus they want another $2000 to add products. My main concern is they ARE doing template website, the market price for this project is $1000 top!When I went for second opinion they showed template which is exactly the same as the website design that Tolen studio claimed "Developed by them, specifically for me" I didn't receive my website and paid Tolen Sutio $1000+ $250+ $550+$750 in 4 paymentsThey refused to return my moneyDesired Settlement: I would like to receive money that I paid back. Sense I didn't receive a website and I don't want cause it's not legitimate

This company called me to inform that they are not planing to either return my money or do any work. So after total payment of $25000 I received nothing in return

We have never received a notification about filed complaint from Revdex.com. And accordingly we did not contacted to the client regarding this complaint on Revdex.com as it is stated in the complaint details.

We did not received $25000 payment as client stated in this complaint. I am enclosing screenshots of payments that were reversed by the client via [redacted]

We rendered a service to [redacted] within her budget and she was happy with that. I am providing proofs of our correspondence from our project management application, where the client comments the work “Perfect” “I like pretty much everything you do”. [redacted]

The dissatisfaction of client was based on the price that she has expressed later on. In the complaint [redacted] states that this type of work should cost $1000 top on the market. But it depends on which market. Apparently outsourcing work to Ukraine, as the client does would me much cheaper ( [redacted] ). But our company is based in New York City and we were not able to lower our price just because someone could do it for the lower price overseas. Building trust and long term relationship with clients is very important for us. We did our best to come to compromise with [redacted]. We even offered to provide the client with extra work for free to make her happy. The client agreed and while we were doing this work, the client filed Charge Back with [redacted]. I am attaching proof of that in this screenshot.

We sincerely upset by this situation, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

At the present time [redacted] is the [redacted] and [redacted] of Web Development Company [redacted]. And we believe that this complaint is the method of damaging our reputation from the competitor.
