The quoted coorspodence between Teresa and I is incorrectI was never told to come in or informed of any paperworkAlso, in the conversation with Anthony, I was told my account was in good standing and not in defaultThis is proven by the reoccurring charge on my bank accountMaking it impossible for me to not be in good standingFurthermore, I have received no response from crunch via email, this can be proven by simply going through either mine or crunches mailOnce again, I am unable to come in and as I was misinformed by a Crunch employee regarding the cancelation process, I don't think it fair to have to pay for certified mailI am not requesting a refund of charges due to an employees misinformation, I am only requesting that my account be discontinued.

letter in order to cancel. [redacted] neglected to do either. He has a balance on his account and is in collections. So, his membership was canceled for non-payment. He is not willing to pay the balance or the reduced amount I offered him. He sent one email to me in which I replied to then we spoke on the phone.

General Manager Anthony Van Pelt spoke with this member, Diane, on 5/*/16, regarding the issue. He explained that the $877.80 charge was for Personal Training payments and in order to cancel, a form had to be filled out per the signed agreement (attached). Since there is no cancellation form on...

record, the full amount was sent to collections.The billing company made some unsuccessful attempts to withdraw the overdue PT funds but was successful on 5/*/16 when Diane updated her credit card info.When Diane charged back the $877.80 with her credit card company on 5/**/16, it was overruled by the bank with the funds re-posted back to Crunch once the member’s signed agreement was provided. If the member is able to produce a signed copy of the cancellation form, we will gladly relook at the issue but at this time, we have no records indicting any cancellation of the personal training.   Thank you,
