I am rejecting this response because: Toliver mishandled this problem *** was never involved with my payment to them There has been no contact from Toliver offering an explanation or apology.My account was credited the correct amount but that credit came from *** ** ***, not *** I did send a message to the Revdex.com when the credit appeared in my account.Perhaps the Controller at Toliver should buy chances on winning a Tractor

The customer was notified that he ordered the wrong part on 10/7/2016. I have attached a copy of the email. We don't show that we ever received a response from the customer. If he sent an email we never received it. We refunded his [redacted] account on 10/20/2016.
Please see comment below. We show that the customer was refunded on 10/20/2016. The parts manager called [redacted] to make sure that there wasn’t a problem and was told there isn’t. I don’t know what else we can do at this point. He may need to call his credit card company to see if they show the refund as pending.
