Four weeks ago, I contacted [redacted] to submit a claim that our dishwasher (which was months old) had stopped workingThey informed me that Toller's was the only company in our area to service our dishwasher and set up an appointmentThat day came and they never called or showed upAttempt number two was to call [redacted] They called Tollers after saying the same thing and set up another appointmentAnother no cashow! After a third call in to ***'s, Chris showed up the following week for two minutes to tell me it was the control board and he would be back within 2-days to install partOk, Problem fixed, so I thoughtdays later, after he yet again promised to show up, I get a call stating that he had to cancel and would not be able to be out until another more days! I called ***'s back and they are just going to do an exchange since it is so newAfter weeks of dealing and waiting on this company, we should finally be able to get our issue resolved, no thanks to Toller'sI had made many calls and left voicemails to barely get any calls returnedThey are NOT reliable, and I would not recommend them to anyone else

After Toller's came out to do warranty work for *** we were told he would call the company to see how they wanted to handle the problemThis was on March 17, We heard not one single word back from the companyI have left several messages, no return callToday, April 6, I called *** and was told Toller's contacted them and advised that I no longer needed assistanceI have been without a freezer, which is very frustratingHorrible customer serviceI would not recommend them to anyone

I have a Whirlpool Referigerator and the warranty company contacted Toller's Appliance in Lynchburg OH to come to our home and look at the unit to see what was wrong, Toller's was supposed to contact Whirlpool after coming out to let them know what was wrong with the referigerator well they came out said they would call us in two days to let us know what Whirlpool was going to do with the unitWell it has now been a week and no call from Toller's ApplianceWe have contacted Whirlpool Service and they have not heard from Toller's Appliance so there is no resolution to our problem, the referigerator is still not fixed and Toller's will not return phone callsSick of trying to deal with these people

*** ***- To the response from MrToller , I have to say that indeed he did finally call my husband late Wednesday afternoon.In a messa** he did indeed say that he had the part and was willing to come back out and repair the washerNo we did not respond , we felt the need to not respond due to ** sending another repair company out to service our washer this Wednesday , January 27thMrToller knew that ** was not contacting us with any updates about the washer and the status of the part MrToller knows very well that my husband and I left several messa**s on his phones asking what was going on No reply from him what so everWe contacted ** several times and they stated that MrToller would give us a call definitely on Tuesday, never heard from him, I finally had enough after MrToller had not replied to any of our messa**s so I called back into ** and let them know that he had never contacted us on Tuesday I asked to speak to a supervisor She explained that she was having trouble **tting ahold of MrToller and she could not explain why he did not contact us on Tuesday after assuring them that he would when the ** representative spoke to him on TuesdayAt this point I told ** that it was probably time for me to contact the Revdex.com and see if you folks could somehow help to resolve the issueAfter stating this to the Supervisor at ** she finally agreed to assign another company to come out and repair our washerMy problem with MrToller is that he in know way tried to contact my husband or I at anytimeHe was assuring ** that he was contacting us and letting us know what was going on He never did The only reason I believe MrToller finally left a messa** with us was that ** had informed him I was taking this matter to the Revdex.comI have a small business and I know very well that customer service is the key to a businessMrToller should not have expected ** to be the go between customer and repairman** assigned him to do the repair workMrToller was also very aware that ** was not keeping us updated on the status of our repairWhy else would we call ** numerous times because MrToller had not contacted us at any time during this I understand if MrToller had a family emer**ncy , I recently went through that myself this past summer when my mother diedI also let my customers know via phone call, social media , sign on my door so that they could know what was going on He should have done the sameMrToller did drop the ball on this one and so did ** by demanding we use MrToller even after he was a no show , no call for almost daysIt was only after I said I was contacting Revdex.com that anything was done to **t this resolved

Mr*** did call me, but never did arrive at the residence to actually look at the microwave He told me that the warranty company does not repair counter top microwaves, rather they replace them If that were their policy, they would not have needed a service provider at all, because they already knew that this was a counter top microwave The warranty company representative told me that Mr*** had called them, and told them that the circuit board in the microwave was burnt, and the microwave had been on fire The microwave was never on fire, and Mr*** never saw it I don't know who is telling the truth in this matter We did receive a check from the warranty company, so this matter is now closed

The handle on my Frigidaire over the range microwave broke, and Toller's Appliance Repair was scheduled by *** Customer Service to come to my home and service the broken handle which was still under the original month warrantyOn the day of the service appointment a man from Toller's Appliance Repair called my home and asked what "color" the handle was on my microwaveI advised him that the handle was black, and he stated that he did not have any of those handles in stock on his truck, and that he would order the item and call to schedule a second appointment once the part came inHe advised that it would take 5-days for the part to come inThe 5-business days for the part to arrive came and went, and no one from Toller's ever called meI called and left three voice mail messages on different days asking for the company to follow up with me on receipt of this part and no one had the courtesy to ever call me backVery frustrated I called *** back and advised them of the lack of service from this local repairshop, and they scheduled another company to come and address the issueIt turns out the whole microwave door had to be replaced (not just the handle), so that also shows the lack of effort on Toller's part to not even care enough to come and look at the appliance to see if it was just a handle issue or something moreUnlike some companies like *** *** does not have it's own appliance repair personnel, so they rely on local appliance shops to cover their service requestsHorrible experience!

to whom it may concern, as mrs *** stated I did go out and diagnose and ordered partalso I stated that tues was when I could get back but that wouldnt work with mr &mrs ***so I advised monday I had family emergency that came up requireing me to not be available on monday with
no contacttues morning @ am I recieved a call from ** service dept asking why I wasnt a no call or no show..I had advised them of the citsuationi also advised them that I didnt recieve there part as well to fix unitwhich was ordered thru ** directlythey assured me that the customer will be contacted to advise and they would run a tracking on part to see when part would be deliveredand then they would set up new day and time to finish repair on weds I received another message from mrs.*** asking why I hadnt called I was finishing up a job when I received this messageby the time I was done the my job ** contacted me again on the special line asking again about part status...I fully understand the ***s frustration on there repair but ** had asssured me they had taken care of problem? you see we do a service on a warranty repair we have to order from mfgreason being there paying for part and also keeping paperwotk on each customer for history purposes** should have told mrs *** all information about repair when I ordered and when it would be delivered just like the ** rep siad she was gonna do you see if mrs *** was paying for the repair her washer would have been repaired the next day or day later.....we have a supplier in cincinnati, dayton or columbus where we order parts for our c.o.dcustomers years ago I took my fathers bussiness over and we had service companys around counties that did warranty work for major mfgtoday TOLLERS APPLAINCE is the only service center doing warranty work that lives local in these countieswhy is everyone droping warranty work? maybe because this issues like thismaybe taking too long to get parts? fact of the matter is im sorry that there was a communication break down on our part I should have followed up with customer instead of depending on mfgmy understanding is ** is sending a/e service center which is out of columbuswe are familier with this companythey will have to order part as well so now the ***s will be out another week to dayson friday jan I put a call in to mrs *** advising I did get motor inand I would be willing to come out that day to install itthey havent replied

tollers came out to repair my refrigerator after we contacted other service centersall which said they dont work on our brand.( ***) tollers came out next day and had part on hand and fixed iti will call tollers first next time we have appliance problem

Toller Appliance Repair came to my house to repair my freezer under warranty with ***He could not find the problem and suggested we give it hours and he would call me the next day to check itHe did not call and after days I called ***They were not able to contact the repair man, but they gave me his numberIt took a couple of days to reach himHe came back a second timeHe told me what he thought was wrong, but did not fix itHe said sometimes *** will replace the freezer instead of fixing this issueHe said he would call *** and then let me knowOnce again, Toller did not call meI called and left messages for daysI once again called *** and they suggested I have a different company service my freezerI have now been without my freezer for weeksThis is not the way to run a business
