February 02, 2016 [redacted] Revdex.com 2800 Euclid Ave. 4th Fl Cleveland, OH 44115 [redacted]. claim #[redacted] I have enclosed copies of the email messages between Dave Tolley and myself along with a copy of the hand written receipt he gave me on October 09, 2015. As you can see on the receipt I had him put 1 year as the guarantee. He was supposed to send me a receipt on his business form. Needles to say he did not do this. I have marked the email messages by number starting with number one. My first calls were in November 2015 about 1 month after he completed the work. On my first call he said he would call me next week to fix the floor. On my 2nd call he said it would take another week before he could get to it. This is when I started to send email message to document my problem with this guy. You can see by the email messages he is saying he will fix the peeling. We are not talking about a big area. It is a little bigger than a silver dollar. He did say he would leave me product so I could fix any future peels. All I want is the peel fixed or a refund of $200.00 so I can buy the product and fix it myself. He did not charge taxes on this job. My next step will be the Ohio Dept. of Taxation and maybe the IRS. I want to make sure he is paying his taxes. My daughter did not take a picture because she leaves before daylight and returns in the dark. If you need a picture I will send it by email.
