*** from the business called and stated that they have been in business for years and this is their first complaintThey went out to the consumer's home to look at the sinkThey disconnected everything and noticed there was a valve leaking that they fixed*** stated that the consumer's home
in an hour away from where they work and they had to make two trips to the consumer's home and they charged him for two trips*** said that he called the consumer to explain the charges and is going to send him a $*** check out of courtesy
