Review: I hired Mr. Lepore to remodel our home last June. The rooms were never completed and what was supposedly finished is crooked, cracking, falling apart in one way or another. We were left without basement windows, broken front steps and no railing to name a few of the problems.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back so that we could hire a competent contracting company to complete the work and repair all the inferior work.

I am rejecting this response because:

Mr. Lepore did stop by last Thursday stayed for about 10 minutes and spoke with my wife regarding some of the complaints that we have and said that he would be back to do our front steps and basements windows not to mention that there is so much other work he still has to do. it has now been a week and he has not come back nor have we heard from him
