Review: On 2/**/15, I went to this shop to have all 4 Calipers replaced and I was charged for this service. A friend advised they had multiple repairs done at this shop yet all issues pursued. upon further investigation he found out NOT ONE replacement part or even a repair was done yet he was charged and suggested I have another mechanic look at my brakes. I brought my car to my new mechanic today for an unrelated issue and asked him to check the calipers and he informed me that the calipers are old and could not have been replaced within the past 6 months. This is well known mechanic with a good reputation for over 20 years not to mention my sister uses him and I trust his judgment.Desired Settlement: They need to refund my money back to my credit card. I tried to dispute it but too much time has passed.

Review: My car was involved in a accident on March **, 2015 . We were referred to them by a friend since they were close to the accident. We called Tom and Artie's to verify that we could bring the car in. We were told yes. As normal routine the insurance adjuster came down in 2 days the price and damage was settled. We were given a rental car and was told by both Tom and Artie's and the insurance company the car would be ready by April **, 2015. We returned the rental car and then found out the car was not ready. Being told by [redacted] the [redacted] the car would be ready in a few days we waited. We then started a trend and would call every 2 days and spoke with [redacted] every time and were told a few more days, a few more days. By May **, 2015 we went to the shop. We then found out by looking at our car sitting outside the shop, that nothing was even done. We contacted the insurance who was shocked we didn't have our car back since it's a month after the estimated date and all we got was the run around. My insurance called and sent the adjuster down once more since the insurance check had been cashed immediately in April by Tom and Artie's. The car would positively be ready by May **,2015 . It is now May **, 2015 and we still do not have our car back. I have found the quality of care is appalling and the lies we were told constantly are unreal. Every time we called there was a different excuse ants apologies that it's embarrassing that we screwed up by [redacted]. The problem is they were all lies since the car wasn't even touched during those phone calls. I don't want someone else going there and being out so much money from renting cars on my own since he insurance will only cover 30 days and we had to pay the rest. Nor due I want someone else to deal with this frustration for such a poorly run business!Desired Settlement: If not my educable back for all the money I laid out then at least some form of compensation since I would never go back to them again!
