Review: I hired Tom B[redacted], ###-###-####, [redacted] on June 1, 2015, to build a new deck and install a vinyl railing. I have been waiting for 6-7 weeks now for him to return and install the last 5-foot stair railing. He always says "I'll be there tomorrow" but never shows up or returns my calls. He basically took my money and scammed me. Stay as far away from this scam artist as you can. Don't hire him to do anything on your property, not even to take out your trashDesired Settlement: I feel that Tom B[redacted] should refund a portion of the money I paid him because now I have to hire a new contractor to finish up what Tom refuses to complete
