[redacted] test drove & had the Mercury Mystigue checked out said he liked it & wanted to purchase which didOn Dec 8, about a month later she called about not starting or running rightShe brought it to my bussiness, I drove it & found to do fine suggestion a new gas cap because the seal on original looked worn, did so she said the auto was fine.In February she called & said couldn't start I suggested to call [redacted] & service, Olentangy River Rd location who I have used for my business, however they didn't hear from her, when I spoke she said it was taken to [redacted] (Auto (Vision Service), [redacted] 's & [redacted] I spoke to Tony he said he installed a fuel pump but had a wire problem he couldn't spend any more time to figure out[redacted] called me said it was going to be towed to our location, I told her we don't have a mechanic on site, told her she should have sent to [redacted] in the beginning, it is between her and [redacted] who charged her to fix, and didn'tI did account miles driven since she purchasedMiles driven was 2,miles and has driven for over months.Payments are past due!Never had water problems!I purchased at [redacted] and drove from Sawmill Rdlocation to our businessVery good solid car!
