I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Thank you Sir and or MadamWhen will I expect my refund? Thank you

When the customer contacted us to report that her siding was being removed and there were spots under her windows that were not insulated, she wanted us out there that weekOur schedule was booked and we were not able to accommodate that requestWhile we do honor our warranty, we are booked for up to days or more at any give time of the year and require notice to schedule appointmentsBecause the homeowner was concerned about the warranty on her home's new siding, we offered to pay for the cost of labor to have her own siding company remove the few pieces around her windows that we would have needed access toIn fact, we scheduled an appointment with her for February 23rd, to come meet the siding company, and she cancelled, refusing our serviceWe offered to come fix the areas, to pay for her own siding company to remove the siding, and she would not allow itWe will not be issuing a refund of any kind

I am rejecting this response because: said they never heard about our complaint about drywall, it was told to a supervisor (Justin) and he said that it looked like total crap and he would get someone out to fix it I will send a estimate to them to fix our dry wall Regards, [redacted]

This is the first anyone had heard from this customer. We have a functioning voicemail that we check daily, and up to three office staff in our office from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday. There is no reason why we wouldn't have received this customer's phone calls and/or voicemails. That being... said, we have hired a contractor to make sure the vent for his hot water tank is cleaned and clear of any foam insulation.

All invoices are processed 2-weeks upon receiptWe will be issuing the refund check this weekThanks for your patience

This customer never called our office to report she was having an ongoing issueWe hired a third party to go repair a few outlets, not ALL of them as she saysIf shes still having a problem, all she ever had to do was call us and let us knowWe feel this should be removed from our business profile as our company immediately hired someone to go fix this problem, paid for it, and then never heard anything from her again until she blindsided us with this Revdex.com complaintAs if we had any idea

I apologize that Nolan did not get you taken care of, and for the incorrect information that was given to youWe DO NOT come back out to the home to check our work once the job has been completedThere is no reason to believe the crew didn't complete the job unless they report to us that they weren't able toOccasionally concerns arise and we will pay to have a home scanned via a thermal imagining, but that is not something we do for each and every home we insulateNolan was 100% incorrectHe is new so you'll have to forgive himWe cannot guarantee that our insulation will prevent or help with freezing pipesEven the owner of our company experiences freezing pipes on occasion (and his home is insulated to the maximum.) If your pipes are on an exterior wall, you are always going to be susceptible to freezing pipesIn a three inch wall cavity, with your pipe running directly through the middle of the wall, you only have approximately one inch of space on either side of the pipeThat allows for only one inch of insulationAdding our insulation is obviously going to help, but at the same time, its only one inch of insulation being added between the outside and your pipesIt can only do so muchMany homeowners who experience this problem have to keep cabinet doors open and even run space heaters, in addition to having insulation addedThat being said, I am willing to have someone come out to preform a thermal imaging scanAgain, I apologize that Nolan didn't get that taken care of for you right awayBusy season or not, we are committed to customer satisfactionBrian M [redacted] with [redacted] Thermal Solutions will be in touch with you pronto to schedule a time to come scan the wallsOnce we receive his report, we will get out ASAP to add more insulation if neededPlease contact our corporate office here in Hilliard, Ohio, at ###-###-####, once the scan has been completed, and I will personally make sure we get a crew back out to your home immediately if it is needed

Our situation with USA Insulation has been resolved to our satisfactionThey have been responsive and fair resolving the issueWe are to receive a refund acceptable to both parties

I am so sorry I have not responded to your request for mediationI did not allow USA Insulation to return to my home to finish their incomplete work from over year agoI did not want more holes drilled in the exterior of my home with no proof that the cavities even get filledMrC [redacted] ’ product did not work at all in my home and I am tired of his arrogant and insulting comments in response to every letter in this issue with youUSA Insulation owes me the refund of the balance of my monies; however, I am fairly confident he has no intention of standing by his Pledge.I would like this complaint to be marked as unresolved and consumer feels “ripped off”Thank you for your help, but this clearly is a waste of time to pursue in this fashion [redacted] ***

We left the customer a message regarding the ongoing drywall concernsWe have spoken to the customer on more than one occasion in the past month or so and this was never mentionedWe scheduled a crew to go right back out there and install the plugs and could have gotten the drywall taken care of tooIt wasn't mentionedOur contract has all of our contact information and clear instructions about notifying us in the even of a problemWe ask that the customer contact our office at ###-###-#### to resolve any further concerns

I'm not sure who you called or spoke to but there is no reason why someone wouldn't have taken care of this immediatelyWe will send a contractor to repair your wallsIf you haven't done so already, please call our corporate office in Hilliard at ###-###-#### and we will get your info and get it over to our contractor immediately.Thank you!

If you need any other pictures of the foam I will have to take apart my walls on the out side of my house form the holes they drilled it looks to be the same as the inside I took pictures of and sent youI am rejecting this response because there is a video on YouTube that's shows the foam getting hardAs a company you need to tell your people to tell the customer the truth if I wood have know the foam did not harden then I would have not gotten it put in my wallsSo in a nut shell your company lied to me so I feeel that I was mislead and feel that everone should be told the truth.I think that you should refund half or all of the install price because you lied to me
