Tom Brown Sewer and Drain Cleaning

Took a $600 deposit and never did any work at all.
On 5/22 I gave this company a check for $600 as a deposit for an installation of a shower. The work was scheduled to be done within the next week or 2 depending on availability of parts.
Had spoken to company many times via phone and text, each time with an excuse as to why it was not being done.
Around September 1st I was told that the was going out of business and would get me my $ back, but that he did NOT have it at the time. I gave him another opportunity to just come and do the work when I got the parts myself. I have called and texted numerous times and he has not responded. It is now 5 months since payment and no work at all has been done.
