aware of the problem and even though we were not obligated to fix it we did it at no charge. The cost was nearly $2,000 that we absorbed. The repairs were made using used parts which is customary. Mr. [redacted] then drove nearly 500 miles and developed a mechanical problem with one of the used parts. Mr. [redacted]'s claim that the wrong part was installed is untrue, in fact he could have never driven this vehicle 500 miles with a wrong pump installed.
OFFER:
We do not feel it necessary to extend any additional offers in lieu of the fact that we already gave him nearly $2000 in free repairs

I understand that that BOBB Auto Group agreed to fix a separate mechanical problem at no change an I am extremely grateful that they did that. However I am referring to a separate issue so I feel that is irrelevant to what I am discussing. The issue I have is that a part that was agreed to be fixed upon buying the vehicle was not the proper part. How I made it 480mi is beyond me and not the issue but the fact that the dealership in Wisconsin found it was the incorrect part and it is clearly stated in the paperwork. The fact the Bobb Auto Group refuses to acknowledge this even after showing the said paperwork is why I have issue and feel I should be reimbursed. At least for the remainder of the parts if not the labor.
