 I am not satisfied with this response. The advertising in question that I sent to the Revdex.com does not specify a limitation for linear feet or "only from a cleanout". This was not a "special" price as it was not presented as a "special price" This is presented as a normal everyday price without any listed restrictions. Other consumers should be made aware of this fact. Tom Drexler Plumbing's advertising is deceiving and could be construed as "bait and switch" depending on how many other consumers have been subjected to this. 
Due to the fact that MSD has replaced the line from my property line to the main sewer and has cleared all obstructions, there is nothing that Tom Drexler Plumbing can do to remedy my situation. 
At this point my issue has not been resolved and there is nothing to resolve the issue until Tom Drexler Plumbing corrects their advertising. 
I would consider this complaint unresolved but closed.
