Tom E Guns

Review: I was quoted 20$ verbally for a transfer of a rifle that was purchased online to be shipped to Tom-E-Guns to finish the final background check to transfer the firearms to myself. This was to be for eight (8) AR-15 type rifles. This was prior to December 1st. Due to the holidays the company I was buying them from could not ship them for approximately 2 weeks.On 18Dec13 I was then told that because of policy change the cost was going to now be 20$ per rifle but that I was going to receive a 50% discount. The final cost would be 10% per rifle or a total of 80$ for all the rifles combined.The owner of the company not only dismissed our previous conversation he also was quite rude to myself stating that I buy only cheap parts for rifles and continually putting myself down during negotiations. He was quite disrespectful to me and I feel that if this had been in person I would have felt as if I were in danger from an angry owner.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my money and charge the original amount of 20$.
