plan with him and provided a printout of the plans summary of benefits, along with a summary of the plans cost and financial assistance available to him. He purchased the plan through the federal marketplace.
subsequent follow up included several calls  to the marketplace on his behalf, and I offered to scan and upload financial documentation for him as required by the marketplace. He as thanked me several times for the services I provided to him. His complaint is baseless and should be declined.
