Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in my original complaint there was only an area on the property whereby the acorns were not removed. Had additional acorns fallen post the clethey would have fallen in many other areas as well. The price for the work was agreed upon prior to Tom & Family doing the work, not after as she stated and I did give them $worth of gift certificates to a certain restaurant as they did work long and hard. I did not inspect the property behind the buildings as I have had them do work here several times before and they have always done a suitable job and I trusted them. Being that they had done work here several times before they were well aware of the size of the property. As I also mentioned in my original complaint Angel had mentioned that their machine that picks up yard debris had broken and I feel that I should not be held responsible for that matter. Had they simply made a ride out to the property they would have easily seen the huge amount of acorns left there and the proof that they had not fallen after the work was done. I doubt I will reply to any further letters of rebuttal as enough of my time has been wasted picking up acorns. I thank the Revdex.com for all their assistance in this matter. But I believe they have no intentions of making any restitution. Again thank you
Sincerely,

In November of 2015, [redacted], contacted us for a fall clean up of leaves and acorns and to clean out the gutters of the house. After the job was looked over a verbal agreement was reached of $500 for services. It took 4 people 2 days in order to complete the job. At the time of the pre-job walk...

through I mentioned that there were still acorns and leaves in several of the trees.  After the completion of the labor, [redacted], did a walk through and approved the job. She paid, and then tipped the laborers. In April, [redacted] contacted me to say we had not finished the job and demanded that we return to clean up again. I told her at that time that if she wanted us to return it would be under a new job and that she would have to pay for the new work. She continued to say I had to send workers back and I ended the call. She called right back and I let it go to voice mail. She left a message that she would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I did not return the call to schedule to do the work in 2 days. I did not respond in any way. She also called Andrew Baltronis and tried to get him to return to do more work as well. She is trying to get  1 1/2 acre property cleaned for free, and we do not feel obligated to return to a property where the job was approved by the owner before we left. The contractor number she used to file the complaint is no longer ours either. We had a license for a few years, but when the licenses were raised, we chose not to renew it. My phone number is ###-###-####, and I can be reached any time between 8 am and 8 pm. Thank you for your time. Angel J[redacted] (office manager of Tom & Family)
