a way that will make you feel better about your orderWe're a family business,
and customer satisfaction is extremely important to usUnfortunately, you
caught us on a rare day when we're out of the officeYou may have called our
store and noticed that we're out of the office through next TuesdayIn our
absence, we have someone helping return emails, so our customers won't have to
wait too long for a responseThey simply followed the policy stated on our
website (noted in the screenshot below)This is such a rare issue that they
hadn't been trained to address itThey simply deferred to the Terms and
Conditions stated on our siteIn practice, we try to be extremely flexible
