We respectfully decline refunding an additional $900.00 to client.  Per the attached letter we have already refund the client a total of $1416, to offset the outside alterations he choose to do.

Review: It's my sons wedding on 9/**/2015. We went there to get the grooms and the groomsmen suits/tux custom made, we took them a photo of what we were looking to get done and the color for the wedding party that matches the braidsmade. They yes us assured us that this was not a problem. When the groom and the groomsmen when back for the fitting the suits were completely done with the lapel in an ivory color which was not what was Discussed. On 8/**/15 We went back and forth at that time because they were stating that they couldn't get the satin that was needed to match the bridal party. It's a month before the wedding so At that time we ask for a refund, they said that they could not and ask for an opportunity to find the satin and give us the product we went in there to purchase. They found the satin a week later and scheduled us to approve it they took final measurements, discussed the final details. Then scheduled us for a final fitting in a weeks time. That didn't happen until Yesterday 9/**/15, 5 days before the wedding To then are say that the buttons can not be covered with the satin and their excuse is that the labor it too expensive. The fitting still needed more taking in and they send us to our own tailor to do them. We told them that if they can not deliver the product that we went there to purchase to give us a refund. they refuse to do that and was screaming and throwing us out the store (Melissa H[redacted]). We asked for her supervisor and she brought a Victoria B[redacted] who was also in the same battling state she was. They didn't even want to give us receipts of our deposit. She was screaming harassment and all. We are the customer here where was the customer service? Two phone calls to incur on our purchased is considered harassment? We left there without our suits/tux or our return deposit. The wedding is this Sunday. They tried to hold us hostage due to the timeframe. Very unprofessional and unfair. Making a exciting time for us a nightmare.Desired Settlement: If They couldn't deliver the product the only fair thing to do is to get a full refund at this time.

To address the complaints listed by Complainant: 1st - There are 3 seperate orders here one for [redacted], [redacted], & [redacted]. She is correct lapel fabric was not correct, but we did find. 2nd - Two gentlemen were fit & alterations done, the third was not fit until 9/**, leaving 5 days to do final alterations, which can be done. 3rd - The buttons not being covered by fabric was a major issue which we could not complete in time, but we found a button company that could and offered to discount the order for the amount of the buttons being covered. 4th receipts for payments/purchases, Our company sends order & payment confirmations automatically so they should have all receipts. If they do not we will gladly resend them. As far as the salesman saying she was harassed, She would work with the mother and resolve all issues and then 3 gentlemen would call and have to go thru everything again. Also when they came in to our office t o pick up clothes, there were other clients present and they refused to step into an office and discuss/resolve the issues. The orders total $3282.17, they have paid (1246.37), balance due $2035.80..As they are unhappy with the outcome I would be willing to forgive this balance and they can keep the clothes.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Are they kidding ? We had to scramble to find tuxedo's for the wedding having to use black bcuz the custom color was not available last minute and they still want to keep the money given for the ordeal they put us thru?? We should be suing them for mental anguish and a lot more for what they did to ruin my son's wedding. They need to refund us in full. The tuxedo do us no good at this time. they looked horrible and they were poorly done which is the only reason why they are willing to give them for the money given.
