Dear Revdex.com,I am writing in response to the complaint received from *** ***Reference #*** Mr*** made complaint that we charging a "handling fee" and it is not posted anywhereThis is not a factual statementThe front of our retail store is set up with two
countersOn the right is the cash register and on the left is the shipping centerDirectly behind the glass case on the wall is a corkboard with a notice posted that reads as follows:Attention UPS Customers,Effective 05-16-there will be a $fee for each prepaid package left here for pickup.This has been posted in the same spot for a little over years nowIt is true that we charge a fee for our serviceWe provide a very well maintained facility that is heated and serviced by knowledgeable staffThere is a cost associated with maintaining business in every communityWe do not feel that we are over chargingany consumer for any itemMr*** chose to come to our facility and use our serviceWe did not solicit him in any wayI am happily refunding him his $lam curious to know of any and ail for profit businesses that offer ail of their services for free in today's economic climateWe would love to patronize these companiesIf I can be of assistance in any other way please contact me directly at ###-###-####Also please update my e-mail address at *** ***
