Review: We Have two retaining walls put in with a new driveway in November of 2009, The walls started to fall over with in the first 3 years after complete, we have contacted Tom Jones about this problem and he says he will be out to fix the falling walls but has Not shown up. We called him in June of 2016, with plans to fix wall in July of 2016 and nothing . We called again the end of July and no one came he said two weeks nothing fixed, Then called again on Sept, 8th of 2016, still no fix . We called Sept.24, 2016 with no time line no answer Oct.17 2016. Sent a message to him through text asking if he had a time frame and knew when he would be out. He said nothing about a time frame but he asked a question with no answer to when. We think he is now trying to make this are fault and it is not.Desired Settlement: To repair the two falling walls leaning over .
