Review: Breach of contract. Tom Lorah Auctions LLC failed to provide proceeds from auction sales of items in a timely manner and violated terms of contract by not paying proceeds till after 30 day limit as stated on auction contract. When called on 9/30/2014 at 1:17 pm he stated he did not get to them yet but would do them over the weekend of 10/4-10/5/2014. Check was received on10/7/2014 dated 10/1/2014 with accompanying paperwork dated10/1/14. Clearly an attempt to circumvent the terms of the contract.Desired Settlement: Would like charges and commission fees amounting to $705.27 refunded due to breach of contract.
