I called after a bad accident. Wasn't sure if my car was going to be written off or not. Throughout process they kept me informed of repairs/expected time to finish.
Also provided a free courtesy car.
When car was ready to be picked up, I was pleasantly surprised to see it was looking good as new! Very happy with service recieved.
