Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Two (2) security deposits totaling $($by [redacted] and $by the co-tenant) were made for Chesterfield [redacted] *** for the lease period August 1, 2013, through July 31, The two security deposit amounts are documented on page 2, paragraph of the signed lease While it is true that a check was reissued, the amount of the reissued check was only $202.50, or $LESS than the total of the two security deposits made No explanation of any deductions from the two security deposits was provided as spelled out on page 3, paragraph f of the signed lease I am at a loss to understand why the landlord refuses to acknowledge the two documented security deposit amounts and return them to the tenants Regards, [redacted]
