[redacted] was the technician that performed the most recent work. The work was done to my complete satisfaction and the price (member discount) was affordable. No criticisms to make. The business is always professional. I have been a customer for a number of years and have always been happy with their work.

[redacted] provided me with superior service today when he can to snake my drain. He took the time to diagnose the problem and was very, very thorough in his analysis. I also really appreciated [redacted]s attention to detail and patience when it came to communication. He explained everything he was going to do and then explained what he found out, Alli n a manor I could easily understand. He will be my first call when I have future plumbing issues!

[redacted] did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. He explained clearly explained our options before starting the installation. He took extra time to reroute the water lines so he could properly install the earthquake safety straps. All debris from the installation was hauled away and he came into the house to insure that all air was out of the water lines.

We had wonderful service from Sean G and his assistants from Moffett Plumbing on a challenging yard drainage problem! Sean was professional and persistent, explaining each step in solving the issues involved and sticking with it until buried drains were uncovered and all pipes were cleared or replaced. We so appreciated his work ethic.

[redacted] and his assistant performed outstandingly. The team was professional, fair and courteous. When they discovered that part of the problem for my drainage issue was created by a (unnamed) plumbing company that serviced my neighbors need, [redacted]. called that company and explained the situation so well that the (unnamed) plumbing company showed up the next day to address the problem and schedule repair to my neighbor's surprise.

Not knowing a plumber to call, I relied on the plumbing company who advertises on my favorite radio station, the FISH (95.9). I phoned Moffett Plumbing and [redacted] and [redacted] arrived to repair my toilet and faucet. They fully explained what they were going to do and proceeded to do just what they said at the price they quoted. They left the bathroom cleaner than when they got here. Totally professional company. Chris the tec and his assistant worked professionally, did an excellent job of inspecting, worked continuously while here, worked cleanly and protected the contents of my home. Excellent workers,.

We appreciated the professionalism and the care the workers took while fixing our plumbing problem. They showed us where the problem was and different solutions to resolve the problem. They charged by the job and not the hour. When they completed the job they showed how clean the pipes were.

Dear Tom Moffett:

I am extremely disappointed in the services your associates have provided me. I know that the company lives up to the highest form of integrity. However, roughly in the first week of January 2015 and now recently, we have summoned the help of your company. In January, [redacted], dispatched [redacted], a plumber, and the plumber assistant and recently, [redacted] dispatched [redacted], the plumber, and his assistant [redacted].

In both cases, I clearly expressed to both [redacted] and [redacted], a nasty stench that smells in the hallway of my humble abode.

I am partly upset, mainly because the technicians you sent me mis-diagnosed my problem by stated to me the obvious. [redacted] actions are deplorable in the sense he sold me a hydro-cleanse and charged me the full value of a drain cleaning, yet never solved the problem, (albeit, I don’t deny I needed a hydro-cleanse). However, the main problem was the stench in the hallway. To me, he sold me a bill of good that did not solve the problem. He just sold me something to take money from me and did not get the job done, roughly about $1000.00. This is a form of stealing money from a good consumer. The hydro-cleanse never solved the problem of the stench.

To redeem the situation, [redacted] dispatched [redacted] the Plumber, and [redacted] his assistant. I expressed to him the problem with the stench in the hallway and where the smell is emanating. I am uncertain if he was trying to make money off me or solve the problem. His solution to the problem was to sell me a service call the “Smoke Test” letting me know if there were any cracks in the pipes.

In conclusion, both technicians, although well intended never had the competence to diagnose the problem. To ensure their working status they found a way to profit the company without making any real differences for my intended need for help.

I would think it fair if Tom Moffett fix my problem at no charge. Since I was billed for all the wrong services and really never solving the root of the problem.

My guilt is that my house was built in 1958 and probably needs plumbing work; in addition, I did agree to the services, however, at the end of the day, the problem may have been solved with forthrightness and truth. In this case, both technician were deceptive and never solved the problem and never solved the problem for which I hired them to perform. In addition, I am a novice to plumbing and I trust the
