You installed twice because you put unqualified and unskilled personnel on the job; you even admitted that you were not happy with the work and had it re-doneThis is not our fault and we should not be held liable for your costs of labor due to thisFurthermore, you relied on what your crew stated and refused to come out yourself to inspect their work, even when specifically requested by usYou are slow to respond to anything, even Revdex.com correspondenceThis is unsatisfactory in any businessWe are unhappy because of the guttersThe gutters hold water because they are sloped away from the downspout and they leak at the seamsYou failed to respond or cared to fix itYou made this out to sound like the customer was wrong and should accept whatever your crew installedThe point of the whole ordeal is that our gutters leak worse than before we paid you $4500; you seem to be unable to understand thisYes we are willing to go to court over this because we have to pay someone else to fix YOUR work! However, we are fair and understand that you spent money in time and labor for the work that was doneWith that said, we have a amicable solution to propose and we can be done with this and part waysYou have $of our money and we have filed with our credit card company to get $backIf you refund us $of the $4500, meaning you keep $3000, then this is overWe will use that money to hire another crew to fix the guttersDeal? Thanks and have a good weekend

The job on *** ** in South Boston constited of Fascia and soffit replacement , custom molding and new gutter in front We completed the molding part of the job and customer was not satisfied nor was I so I started over and re did itThe I also elected to do a lowere section of molding witch was not included.I also put metal flashing over the gutter and sealed the window all extras all for freeI also have not asked for the last $owed to me on the contract I don't want it They can have that and the extras we didHard people to please!

It's to bad that this situation became the way it is. The contract stated install new fascia and soffit where needed we install new fascia and soffit twice . 5" gutter was installed as stated. We also install custom dental molding witch was extra work and did that two times because they did not like it . Then we install molding at the mid point of house witch was extra , remember no money was charged for any of these things. So in the end I decide to pursue the $1500 that was owed to me on the original and also not get pId on the extra just to make them happy. The extra work when calculated come up to $3000. I don't want the money these people were threading to go to court within the first week. I want them to go away because I feel I'm never going to make them happy.  I meant to say I never pursued the $1500 that was owed to me and was neverpaid.

Mr. [redacted]’s response is incorrect and...

unprofessional. Hiscompany was contracted to install new fascia and properly functioning gutters.Although the fascia was done better the second time around, after we had toexplicitly point out the poor craftsmanship to the owner, and the gutters areworse off now than they were prior to the job. Currently, rainwater pools inthe corner opposite the downspout, and the seams of gutters were not sealedproperly, specifically the seam by the area where the water pools. Consequentially, after it rains, the gutters will drip water for weeks. When we asked Mr.[redacted] to address the problem, his response was to add more caulking to thetop of the gutters on our roof, which looks sloppy and clearly does not fix theproblem; that’s when he is even willing to answer his phone.  He also refuses to even come out to inspectthe job that his guys do. This has been going on now since July and it is nowOctober. We currently have a credit card dispute submitted for the initial$3,000 we paid with all documentation on the shoddy job.  We believe the $1500 we paid to Mr. [redacted] viacheck was fair for the work conducted. We do not plan to pay the final $1500,since the job was left incomplete. In fact, if we do not manage to get the$3,000 back, we plan to take Mr. [redacted] and his company to court to sue forthe entire amount back plus court and legal fees as we will have to contract anew company to fix the problems that Mr. [redacted] left us. Regards,
[redacted] and [redacted]
