Tom, My Lawn Guy Reviews (6)

Phone response - First of all I have not reported her to the credit bureauThis is an area that a walk behind mower has to be used, as a riding mower won't fitI had warned her previous times regarding this, and the third time, I mowed approximately 75% (area with no dog waste) and left not doing the area where the dogs goThe other cut she refers to, was work that was completed a week or two before this oneIn conclusion, she owes me for the completed cut, and the charge for the 75%, which I did not charge the full amount (adjusted amount for area not cut)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business owner has since texted threatening to take me to courtIf the business owner deletes the final invoice with both the complete cut and the incomplete cut, and reissues an invoice for just the complete cut, I will pay that invoiceGiven the circumstances of how the resignation was made with no notice and with subsequent harassment, threats to report me to the credit bureau, and now threats to take me to court, I will not pay for the incomplete cutTom, the business owner has been too busy bullying rather than attempting to communicated in a productive manner. To reiterate, I do not find this situation resolved Regards, [redacted]

Let me first address the libel committed by [redacted] She claims that she was harassed by me sending her texts and threatening to report her to the credit bureau for non-payment I did not harass her I have every right to reach out to her for non-payment of a bill On a few different occasions, I attempted to notify her that per payment was past due She refused to respond to each inquiryBecause of this, I did threaten her that non-payment could result in late fees and possible reporting to credit bureauTo my knowledge, when someone refuses to pay, I as a business owner have every right to report this person to the credit bureaus Contacting a person who refuses to pay a debt does not constitute harassment, which is why I assert her statement regarding me harassing her is libel[redacted] was warned twice that the dog waste needed to be removed prior to lawn service being rendered In many cases, I can overlook dog waste, if it is an area of the lawn that is mowed with the riding lawn mower (zero turn mower)But when the dog waste is excessive and also is located in an area that must be mowed with a walk behind mower, then we ask the customer to remove the dog wasteLibel statement number 2: [redacted] claims no notice was given That is completely false [redacted] was notified on the last day we mowed her lawn that we were ceasing her lawn serviceThere was no contract in place That should have given her 1-weeks to find a new lawn service or to buy a lawn mower.Libel statement number 3: [redacted] claims she is being bulliedThis is utterly falseI have every right to contact her about an invoice that is past due She refused to pay for the other lawn mow that was completed.I would recommend that the Revdex.com retract this complaint, as [redacted] has made numerous public statements about meIf this complaint is expunged, I will forgive the last lawn mowFurther, how can this person report this issue to the Revdex.com when she never paid for lawn services rendered?

doing the area where the dogs go. The other cut she refers to, was work that was completed a week or two before this one. In conclusion, she owes me for the completed cut, and the charge for the 75%, which I did not charge the full amount (adjusted amount for area not cut).

Let me first address the libel committed by [redacted] She claims that she was harassed by me sending her texts and threatening to report her to the credit bureau for non-payment.  I did not harass her.  I have every right to reach out to her for non-payment of a bill.  On a few different occasions, I attempted to notify her that per payment was past due.  She refused to respond to each inquiry. Because of this, I did threaten her that non-payment could result in late fees and possible reporting to credit bureau. To my knowledge, when someone refuses to pay, I as a business owner have every right to report this person to the credit bureaus.  Contacting a person who refuses to pay a debt does not constitute harassment, which is why I assert her statement regarding me harassing her is libel.[redacted] was warned twice that the dog waste needed to be removed prior to lawn service being rendered.  In many cases, I can overlook dog waste, if it is an area of the lawn that is mowed with the riding lawn mower (zero turn mower). But when the dog waste is excessive and also is located in an area that must be mowed with a walk behind mower, then we ask the customer to remove the dog waste. Libel statement number 2: [redacted] claims no notice was given.  That is completely false. [redacted] was notified on the last day we mowed her lawn that we were ceasing her lawn service. There was no contract in place.  That should have given her 1-2 weeks to find a new lawn service or to buy a lawn mower.Libel statement number 3: [redacted] claims she is being bullied. This is utterly false. I have every right to contact her about an invoice that is past due.  She refused to pay for the other lawn mow that was completed.I would recommend that the Revdex.com retract this complaint, as [redacted] has made numerous public false statements about me. If this complaint is expunged, I will forgive the last lawn mow. Further, how can this person report this issue to the Revdex.com when she never paid for lawn services rendered?
