74.75pt 0.0001pt 48.6pt;">Mr*** purchased a used Jeep elsewhere (not from our company), and the repair in question is not a "covered repair" under Chrysler Corporation's warranty The fact that he purchased his Jeep elsewhere is only pertinent because this issue should be addressed to the selling dealer, rather than our companyWe are very happy to help Mr*** with any and all of his service requirements, but we can't help with this repair, unless Mr*** will pay for same Again, this situation is not covered under Chrysler's WarrantyIf we may be of any further assistance, please let me know

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowPlease review page of the attached Jeep Warranty Information booklet as provided by Chrysler Group LLCUnder page 5, section 2.1.B, the Basic Limited Warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair any manufacturer item on my vehicle that is defectiveThere are no contingencies stating that the warranty work must be completed by the dealer from which the Jeep is purchasedAny certified Jeep dealer should have to abide by this warranty regardlessAdditionally, all Jeep Grand Cherokee basic warranties are transferable and are not subject to a separate set of rulesFurthermore, I have already had the vehicle in to have warranty service completed in just the past months for a failed radiator and blown fuse for charging ports in the dashboardThis reasoning for refusing service now is contradictory to their actions previously.
