Riley showed up unsolicited wanting to fix holes in our barn roof and coat it with some space age material. Holes remain in the roof!Riley was very pushy in selling his service. Demanded payment essentially in cash that day. When my husband returned home and inspected the job, he saw holes remaining in the roof which are still leaking. Despite 4 to 5 attempts to call him, he refuses to return our calls to come back and make thingss right. In hindsight, his receipt looked very shabby and unprofessional and has no address where his "business" is located.Desired SettlementWe would like the job done right within one week or would like a refund of some of our money.
