I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Tom Tepe offered 200 off repair at there dealership after repair was completed by champion Chevrolet .  Gm paid 500 of the repairs which leaves 454.30 unpaid.

[redacted] purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD from
us on July 3, 2015. He came in, drove the vehicle, and agreed on figures to
purchase the truck. Roughly 2 weeks later a sensor came on and [redacted] took
his truck to a local dealership to have diagnosed. They gave him a price to fix
it...

of $954.30. [redacted] believed that Tom Tepe Autocenter should be
responsible to fix this issue so he called and spoke to several employees.
First, he spoke to the salesman, [redacted], who told him that he would have to
check with his manager because he is not authorized to make any decision that
would result in the dealership paying for. 
At this time our service manager, [redacted] became involved. He
spoke with [redacted] regarding the sensor and offered to help with the cost of
the repair if he would bring his truck to Tom Tepe Autocenter. We told [redacted] that we would be able to fix the job for an estimated $300-$400 less than
what the other dealership priced the job to be fixed at. At that time [redacted]
refused our assistance to help lower the cost of the repair.  The General Sales Manager, [redacted],
then became involved after this. He spoke with [redacted] 2 times and apologized
for the inconvenience of the situation. 
He then proceeded to again offer that our service department would be
more than happy to fix the repair for and estimated $300-$400 less than what
the other dealership had priced to him. Again he refused because he said that
Tom Tepe Autocenter should be responsible to pay for the full amount.  [redacted] then explained to the customer
that during the purchase of the vehicle he did sign a buyer’s guide referencing
the vehicle as “As Is”, which in turn was offered an extended service plan to
cover any unwanted repairs, which he also declined.  [redacted] said that he contacted General
Motors about the issue as well and said that he got GM to cover some of the
cost of the repair since the factory warranty just expired. He refused to
disclose how much GM was paying at the time of this discussion with Mr. Wagner.  Sincerely, Harry TepePresident, Tom Tepe Autocenters Inc.
