Secondly, I'd like to clarify that when a customer brings in a file/artwork and requests to print it "as is" there is no set up fee applied to the orderHowever, if we need to revise the original file given to us (photo retouch, resizing, layout, etc.), a flat rate set up fee of $is applied to the total cost of the orderThe dollar amount of set up fee may vary depending on the difficulty and scale of the order that is being requestedEvery individual that works for Tom Terrific's is educated with this policy and is instructed to disclose this policy to customers before production of the order beginsIn this case, the sales girl failed to mention the set up fee, therefore we would like to make things right by refunding the set up fee of $to the customerOnce again, I apologize for the service that you received and we will work on making sure that this policy is made aware to every customer that we work with from here on forward
