This *** cancelled everything on my order except sugar, 8 items cancelled. The sugar is $3.49. Delivery fees are $7.90. No contact prior to inform me that everything was going to be cancelled, even though the quantities existed when I ordered. I contacted them twice, no response at all.

We sincerely apologize for the customer's experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive the items that you ordered and to not be able to get a hold of someone to address the issue. Please know that your comments have been shared with our Grocery Delivery Management team for review. We've also processed a refund in the amount of $7.90 back to the credit/debit card that was used on the order. A confirmation receipt was also sent. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

On March 15, 16, and 17 I went to Tom Thumb store to get Ozarka water the 24 pack, as usual and there was no water in the store on the shelf. I was told on Sunday, that Monday there would be water and there was not any water then, nor was there water today. This is very poor service from Tom Thumb. I should not have to drive 25 to 30 miles farther from my home to get drinking water. Tom Thumb continues to not have water and this is becoming a chronic problem when it should not be a problem. Management should order more water and this is not rocket science. I asked what was the problem and was told that they never know what is on the delivery truck. I find this to be a very extremely Poor Excuse for not providing Quality service to their customers. Order more water and make sure it is on the delivery truck for the customers. The need to know the kind of service Tom Thumb is providing to their customers. The service is very Poor and unacceptable! Unsatisfactory Service!

I've called the customer to try to speak to them, but they did not pick up. We have been ordering water; however, due to the current situation around the county, it is selling faster than normal and we have been limited on the amount that we can order. We have put limits on the water that we can sell to customers; however, again, water has been a key item during this time. I'm not sure who the customer spoke to but if the customer would like to call me at the store, I can have some water set aside for them and will try to rectify the situation.Thanks,David CAssistant Store DirectorTom Thumb Store 3623(972) 274-7000

Tom Thumb manager did not leave me a voicemail message.

Tom Thumb service at this store is really Poor and bad. There is

no excuse for Poor and this Tom Thumb and seem to have many

excuses and never accept responsibility for how to provide quality service

to their customers and treat their customers with the utmost respect.

The public should know that the service Tom Thumb is providing to their

customers sucks!! Some of the managers should not be in this line of service or business.

Tom Thumb tried to deliver me products which exire in 3 hours, yes, hours. They were also warm, and meat. I get paid bi-weekly, that was my food moneyThey say 7-10 days for a refund

Upon receipt of this complaint, we found that the customer had already contacted our Home Shopping team regarding the complaint. The customer was given a credit on May 26, 2019 for $120 and then on 06/07 a correction was made and they provided an additional $20 credit. Total applied credit was $140. The issue with the expired produce was reported to our Operations team for further investigation and corrective action. with the Home Shopping team.

I WENT TO TOM THUMB...UNDER ALBERTSON NOW, AND WENT TO THE MEAT DEPT. THEY WERE OUT OF THE ADVERTISED STEAKS, BUT CRYSTAL FOUGHT ME FOR THEM SUBSTITUTING THOSE ALREADY CUT AND GAVE ME AN EVIL EYE. I ASKED THE MAIN MAN HELPING ME TO PLEASE PROPERLY WRAP MY STEAKS IN FREEZER PAPER AND TO DOUBLE WRAP THEM WITH THE PLASTIC AND HE REFUSED.

I THEN WENT UP TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE AND WAITED AND WAITED SINCE THERE WAS NO HELP IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA. SHAMIEKA YELLED OUT TO ME WHAT DO I NEED, AND I TOLD HER I AM DEAF AND CANNOT HEAR HER. SHE WAS VERY NASTY AND RUDE, AND I THEN TOLD HER THAT I NEEDED A MANAGER. DUSTIN THEN CAME OVER AND I TOLD HIM HOW UPSET I WAS AT THE LACK OF HELP AND HOW BAD THE MEAT DEPT WAS. I TOLD HIM HOW SHAMIKA DID NOT HELP ME AND TOLD HIM THAT SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY NASTY AND RUDE TO ME. I ASKED HIM TO STAY, WHILE I GOT THE RAIN CHECK. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO GET BACKK IN LINE AGAIN FOR HELP AND DAIZY WAS SO RUDE TO ME. A CUSTOMER BEHIND ME PUT ME TO SHAME AND DAIZY MADE A HUGE MISTAKE AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND GOOD ENGLISH.

DAIZY RUNG ME UP INCORRECTLY, SO I BEGGED AGAIN FOR THE MANAGER. SHAMIEKA THEN CAME OVER AND PUT ME TO SHAME AND TOLD THE MANAGER THAT I SHOULD BE BANNED FROM EVER SHOPPING AT ALBERTSON DUE TO MY DEAFNESS AND MORE. SHE YELLED AT ME TO THE TOP OF HER LUNGS AND PUT ME IN TEARS. SHE HAS DONE THIS TO ME BEFORE AND STILL SHE HAS NOT BEEN FIRED AND ALBERTSON WILL NOT DO A THING TO HER.

Please let them know that I would like a refund, expecially for the meat. I do not wish to go back there and I do not wish to put myself in an awkward position. A refund would be a nice request.

I have been a Tom Thumb shopper for over 30 years. I use the store in ***. I had the absolute worst service, and border line illegal, I have ever had. I am sending this to you because I am not sure who to send it to. I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com but wanted to get a response from Tom Thumb before I post anything on line.

While shopping I decided to purchase some flowers. There was a a bucket that had 4 flower bouquets in it. All were clearly marked with a barcode and were priced at 6.95. When I scanned them at check out they rang up at 16.99. I showed that to the clerk and she went to get her supervisor. He walked to the flower area and returned telling me the price was 16.99 and was not what the barcode label stated. I told him there were 3 more there all marked with 6.95 and I should not pay more than the marked price. He said he would talk to the manager. He returned and told me the manager said 16.99 was right and they would not sell me them for the marked price. I told him I thought that was illegal. I am in retail and if we mark a price wrong we will honor that price then change the rest of the tags to the right price. I purchased them for the 16.99 although they were priced at 6.95.

I can't believe a store manager would tell a customer too bad. Before I left I took pictures of the remaining 3 bouquets and the sign below which said they were 15.99 not even the 16.99. They don't even know the price and the manager, Richard E did not give the time of day to resolve the situation or even look into it. I have a real problem with this and Tom Thumb should as well. That is the highest degree of poor management and not right in any way, shape or form.

Upon receipt of this complaint we referred to the Store Director. We were advised that the Store Director contacted Mr. and provided a refund and a gift card to him.

I participate in Tom Ts 'Just for U' program. Last week, they advertised: Watermelon bowls for $3.28 with the quantity a person could buy listed in bold type as 'Unlimited.' When I bought 3 of them, 1 bowl was at the $3.28 price; the other two were $4.00.

When I inquired about the difference of $0.72 X 2 or $1.44, I was told there is fine print in the product description that limits purcahse at the $3.82 price to " 1 per day."

I have two complaints: 1) the type about "1 bowl per day at the $3.82 price is so small. I'm 73 years old and don't see nearly as well as I used to. Tom T does not treat seniors equitably when they use fine print to camouflage their prices and 2) their advertising is simply false and misleading, even to those with 20/20 vision. The ad indicates the quantity you can buy as "Unlimited." A check of the dictionary says that 'unlimited is--without limit.' If the company wants to limit the quantity of an item they should be sufficiently honest to advertise the limit. For instance, "One per day."

Upon receipt of this case, it was referred to the Store Director. The Store Director contacted Mr. to discuss his concerns. The Store Director advised that she would relay his concerns to our Operations team. In addition, we have added a $2 credit to *** account. He should allow up to 24 hours for this credit to be available. The credit will come off the next time he shops in the store and uses his Club Card.
