Im gas heat stopped working at my home. I put in a request here at Revdex.com.org and Tom was quick to respond. I called him yesterday and he was able to schedule an appointment 9:30 AM the next day. He was at the house promptly at 9:30 AM and figured out that the transformer on the boiler was dead. The heater is over 20 years old but it works and rather than say I needed to replace the whole unit he said I just needed to replace the transformer. He had one in the truck along with an expansion tank because he noticed that the existing one I had needed to be replaced as well. The whole fix took about 1.5 hours. He was friendly and a great guy to talk to, I learned a thing or two about the unit I had installed and that goes a long way to helping me maintain it. I put his card in my file and I will definitely be using him in the future if I need any other work done. It's a 65 year old house so I'm sure that will be sooner than later.
