For the first time in years, my yrold mother is able to hear the church service again and is now back in the conversation! Thank you Mr [redacted] for your patience and sensitivity with my mom

This customer [redacted] came to our sales lot and inquired about a [redacted] with 115K milesHe made it clear to us that he was interested in the vehicleThe vehicle was test driven by Mr ***, he mentioned that he would like to purchase the vehicle and then proceeded to issued us a payment for $9200-The purchase took place on July 28, At this time this customer never made us aware of any drivability concernsCustomer was given a 90-Day warranty on drivetrain onlyThis was clearly noted on his bill of sale which he and I both have a copy ofVehicle was registered, and completed / passed a Safety and Emissions InspectionShortly after, customer returned to us with a list of complaints provided by another repair facility in which he demanded be repairedThis customer complained of a bulb out on the shift indicator, a shake while driving, brakes that needed to be replaced on front and rearWhen the vehicle was sold, we thoroughly went through this vehicle and none of these issues were presentWhen the customer test drove this vehicle, none of these issues were brought to our attentionSo this customer takes this vehicle to another facility and comes back to us with an estimate with repairs that need to be performed to the brakes and axle shaftWhile here, we replaced the rear brake pads to accommodate his concerns even though at this point the brakes were at 50% lifeWe also replaced a right front axle shaft that had been a concern to Mr ***Customer returned to us days later stating there is still an issue with his brakes and the vehicle wont stopAt this point, we took one of our [redacted] certified technicians, along with the customer and went for a test driveAfter a mile trip, there were no problems found and the customer could not verify a concernOnce again we have tried to accommodate Mr ***We have spent countless hours trying to diagnose a mysterious brake problem that he himself cannot duplicate with our [redacted] techniciansIm sure Mr [redacted] would like a brand new [redacted] for the cost of $9200- but we are not in the business of completely restoring every vehicle we take inOnce again, we are providing Mr [redacted] a 90-Day warranty on drivetrain which is stated on his Bill of SaleWe are not here to warranty interior bulbs, flat tires, or any other wear and tear item.-Management @ Tom's Auto Repair

Hello I am write to respond to why I reject the response of Tom's Auto sales If the car had the issue with the brakes at time of test driving the vehicle we would not have purchased the truck we also are not looking for at new car 9,is a lot of money and to have a truck with issues especially safety issues If I can't stop and almost hit the car in front front of me multiple times than safety is an issuethe law of mass gives us days if issues is not resolved that he should have either found a way to fix it or refunded us the money we payed I am afraid of driving my truck at the moment in fear it will not stop I came to *** as soon as the issues started I left my truck there multiple times and only brought the truck home with same issues unresolvedAs for truck passing emissions he took upon his self to put the stick at his stop at my costi wanted to take the truck to get an inspection to get a second opinion and he decided to do it himself without my permission at my cost Also I took the truck to the dealership the day I almost hit another car at a light the ABS warning light was on in the dashboard stating something was wrong with brakes he proceeded to tape wires and told us to gosince than the ABS light has not come on but the is with brakes failing is still there and making a loud noise which is not new The last time we contacted Tom's auto sales I had my daughter call he was very rude and reported that he washed his hand and was no longer going to fix anything and hung up the phone I feel that I have been wronged and that he never fixed what he was telling me her was fixing I just need this issues resolved I want my money back or the issue fixed and inspected but a state inspection I feel like this is no way to treat a customer.Thank you*** ***

Tom from the business contacted Revdex.com regarding this caseThe customer did bring his vehicle to their shop and once the work they were paid to do was done and the vehicle was picked up it did have an issue with the motorThis was not work done by the business or an area the business worked onAt
this time the customer has been made aware of the problems with the vehicle, but the business is not able to refund for a problem that was not caused by the work
