Good afternoon, On or around November of our "check engine" light came on We immediately brought it into our mechanic and had him take a look at it and pull the codes He informed us that it was a major issue (timing chain issues) After some research, he informed us that there was a "Special Coverage Adjustment - Timing Chain Wear (June 29, 2012) # [redacted] " for our vehicle and that the repair would be performed at no charge to us We then chose to have the vehicle towed to the nearest certified " [redacted] Dealer" to ensure that the repair was done properly by one of your certified mechanics Our own mechanic could've very well performed the service, but we decided against that, as we did not want to risk having such a large costly repair done at a local garage Needless to say, that was a big mistake on our part! Our vehicle, a [redacted] CTS, VIN # [redacted] , with only 75,miles on it - was towed to Bill Dodge Auto Group, Saunders Way, Westbrook, ME

In addition to this problem I was also sold the vehicle with no gas in itI had to leave the dealer and drive to the gas

I have a *** *** that had been having some trouble with its turboI brought the vehicle to one shop near my house and they tried to clean a sticking valveThat didn't work, but the car--other than the lack of a turbo--worked just fineI then took the vehicle to another shopThey looked at it, but advised that I go to the dealer since they had access to all the parts, etcI didn't want to go to the dealer in question, because every time I go there, they're into me for $1,They always tell me my tires are severely worn and I need to replace all right away
I brought the car to the dealer and explained the history on the turboThey looked at it and told me that I needed to replace the valve that was previously cleaned and that there was a small leak in the turbo gasketI authorized replacement of the valve and the gaskettrue to form, they also tried to tell me my t

We bought extended warranty on vehicle with assurance it was bumper to bumperCome to find out it covered nothing Husband and I scheduled appointment with general manager of dealership, mr *** Told him we were very disappointed and felt we had been misinformed about the extended warrantyHe advised that he would take care of the bill for the service we were having performed on that date but that we should consider a new vehicle or a prorated refund of the warranty which was originally $ We spoke to the new car department and test drove some vehicles but due to my husbands severe disabilities we must have a vehicle large enough for him to comtorbaly ride in Their large vehicles were completely out of our price rangeWe found a minivan at a different dealership which we purchasedWe traded in our Bill Dodge vehicle days later I went to Bill Dodge to cancel my extended warranty as I had purchased a minivan elsewhere I was not allowed to cancel the warranty until I

I regret ever buying a vehicle with Bill DodgeThe time spent dealing with this company has been a nightmare filled with harassment by the salesmen, degradement by the service department and lack of professionalism on both endsThe work done by the service center is sub parThe last two times I’ve had service done with the dealer, I have received my vehicle back dirty, with no gas, and this last week my vehicle was given back to me covered in scratches and dings through my paintI left multiple voicemails with management about the damage and how disgraceful my treatment has been, yet no one called me backI am beside myself with how such unprofessional employees are allowed to treat their customers and that such a place is still in business
