The staff was rude and unprofessional, with zero concern for their customersThe lady running the front desk acted like we were an inconveniencePoor organization, long wait periods, lack of communication, and very dismissive personnel are all reasons I will not recommend this business to anyoneWe were unable to make a tandem jump due to weather, and all staff were unconcerned, uncooperative and unwilling to work with us in regards to reschedulingThe equipment and facilities are extremely outdated, leaving me fearful for my safety on top of it all

I have been to skydive Phoenix a number of times and had a wonderful experienceI've got my girlfriend, friends and family to do tandem dives here as well as completed my level A licenceI would recommend this jumpsite to anyoneMarc and his team take extra care and safety entering everybody is prepared to jump and an overall customer experience

The customer service is horribleI purchased a groupon because I am new to the area and wasn't sure which skydiving place to tryWell, they were impossible to get a hold of and when I did finally got through they told me they were booked until after the groupon expiredI contacted groupon and they told me that as long as I made the appt before it expired it was all goodSo I called back days before it expired and made the appt but wanted to confirm with the managers that they knew of groupon's policyThey never called back (surprise, surprise when you have a bunch of incompetent people managing this placeLets be honest, when they are constantly on groupon and living social its a huge indication that the business is in trouble)I called again and finally got throughThey said they will not honor groupon's policy and that I had days to make the appt and I shouldn't have waited until the last minuteI told them I didn't, I just couldn't ever make an apptThen the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me then that's my problem with my scheduleIf I could have gone anytime this wouldn't have been a problem (yeah, some people work for a living and it was a group of several peopleIts kinda hard to get everyone's schedules in sync) Anyway, I told her I couldn't believe she wasn't honoring groupon's policy, she then proceeded to get snippy with me telling me I shouldn't have tried to schedule it two days beforeI told her again, that that wasn't the first time I tried to contact them but it was my last ditch effort to use the grouponSo, needless to say I do not recommend this two bit operationI would read the other reviews carefullyMany people have had this same experience or they made the appt but didn't actually get to jump until hours laterBUYER BEWARE!!!
