The owner of this place is so rudeI ordered a piggy bank for a wedding gift for my nephewWhen I recieved it I immediatly called [redacted] to discuss fixing it and getting a new oneI recieved it on Friday and left a voicemail that dayI called back two more times as well as emailed with pictures of what was wrongI finally got through to talk to him a whole week later and he was so rude and honestly sounded intoxicatedI asked him how I would go about fixing it and he said that I would need to send it back and pay for shipping for their mistakeHe said to walk my happy "butt" to the post office and put it in the mailSo rudeI then asked him why after all of my attempts and messages why had I not been contacted back and he stated "well we were busy, what can I say." Do not buy from this placeso unprofessional and honestly the product looked terribleThe engraving looked like it was done by someone drunkOn one of the letters the engraving was in three different spots making it completely impossible to readThe first time I spoke with this guy he seemed so nice, but that was when he was collecting paymentPlease do yourself a favor and go with a place that actually cares about their products and their customers

I ordered a set of two wine glasses and a carafe, all engraved I ordered it online on November 22, I received the two wine glasses mid December but not the carafe I sent multiple e-mails and got little response, mainly that they would check on it, see if it was in the shop, etc Even got a couple of e-mails stating they had shipped the missing item, which I never received, but ignored my requests for a tracking number You could not reach them by phone After months of trying to be nice I filed a dispute with Paypal He even tried to intimidate me, stating he had mailed the item the Friday that I filed the dispute, in which I requested a full refund He stated he was going to contact Fedex and have them return the item to him and that he would "escalate" the dispute with Paypal to a "dispute" I told him since I could not take him at his word I could not agree to this but would close the dispute when I had received the item as ordered I received a e-mail from him in response saying it was too late for him to have the item returned to him, at which time I received the tracking information I did finally receive the missing item on January 27, (months after I had ordered it) which was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my boss Needless to say, I was not happy with the product at this point, however it was what I had ordered so I closed the dispute with paypal If you order from him and he does not deliver the product when promised, do not hesitate to file a claim with Paypal; do not be nice and give them plenty of opportunites to resolve this problem -- he WILL take advantage of you
