I have received a complaint letter about a key a *** *** had called in on to the Revdex.comTom's lock and key cut her a new key , then she
came back and we made another one for her to try but she brought the key to the shopShe then insisted we come to her in Charleston Oregon I went back over the other new key and asked if they could bring me the lock .It is a mail box lockShe told me that her landlord said she couldn'ttake the lock out If a key doesn't work and then they don't bring me the lock and key to try it ,How can I fix it I always tell people to try there keys first But if they don't bring me the lock I am suppose to drive to there house to fix it ?If they want the $key refund after the couple of keys that we made to try for them and they don't bring me the lock What am I suppose to do Bring me the lock but traveling to her house and back is really a big lossWe have been in Business for years and this is the first time someone will not bring me their lock so I can try itIf we have to travel to fix the problem at their house Yes we have a trip charge, but when they bring key to shop then it doesn't work we always ask to have lock and key to shop and we will fix it, When they came back to the shop the third time they demanded I go to their houseI asked for the lock so I could see what was wrong The guy that was with her was very rude to me the owner and told me if it doesn't work Tom's lock and key would loss a customerAll I said was I needed the lock to see what the problem wasSteve Owner Tom's lock and key
