communityUnfortunately the email was accidentally sent to all 21,members of our communityBecause we did not have enough available product to send to everyone who received the email in error, we responded to these consumers, explaining the error and sent an alternative way to earn free product. We appreciate the work our microinfluencer community does to represent our brand, and feel terribly that this consumer feels he did not receive a satisfactory response to this issueWe will reach out directly to this consumer with the hope that we can resolve this in a way that reflects how grateful we are to have had him as a loyal consumer for so many years
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint. In reviewing our records on this incident, we believe thedelay the customer faced was extraordinary, and that the service she receivedwas not up to our usual standards. In response, we have taken two
actions:1. We have reviewed and revised our process concerning partial shipments and out of stocks. This should help ensure that future consumers do not face a similar issue 2. We have sent the consumer her requested product, with our apologies for the delayWe pride ourselves on exemplary customer service, and are disappointed that Ms*** did not receive service that supports this. We are grateful to her for her efforts to bring this to our attention, as it gave us an opportunity to improve our processes and systems to help ensure a similar incident does not occur in the future
