We are so sorry for any confusion caused by the email sent on 04/02/to members of our online microinfluencer community, hosted by a third-party vendorThe email was intended for a group of community members who had recently received product packages, earned by completing a survey within the communityUnfortunately the email was accidentally sent to all 21,members of our communityBecause we did not have enough available product to send to everyone who received the email in error, we responded to these consumers, explaining the error and sent an alternative way to earn free productWe appreciate the work our microinfluencer community does to represent our brand, and feel terribly that this consumer feels he did not receive a satisfactory response to this issueWe will reach out directly to this consumer with the hope that we can resolve this in a way that reflects how grateful we are to have had him as a loyal consumer for so many years
