I purchased my sewing machine here and I also get it and my older machine serviced here periodically Very happy with the time and cost of servicingAlso the chaps in the service center are pretty understanding and kind when they have to explain it's not a technical issue but user error(i.enot threaded correctly or ?) Staff is very knowledgeable about fabrics and sewing; and very happy to spend the time helping you out with ideas and suggestions
