Sorry for responding to this complaint so lateIt was because I have been on vacation and returned towork on June 2015.The customer came into shop on Wednesday May to have a front end alignment and twotires for front of vehicleCustomer stated that they had replaced the tie rod ends on
vehicle and thatthe front tires were worn outWe gave customer estimate for the repairs and she approved theestimateWhen we had vehicle on alignment rack we always check the front end out and we found thatvehicle needed engine cradle bushings, sway bar links, and front shocksWe called customer about ourfindings and all she wanted done was the alignment and tires, she stated that her husband does all thework himselfWe then did alignment and mounted and balance two new tiresWhen the work wascompleted, we test drove vehicle, called customer, and they came and picked up vehicle the same dayof repairs.Now on Monday, June around 4:pm customers husband called in stating that they had atire leaking and wanted it fixed, our service manager talked to him and told him if he had it here firstthing in the morning that we would look at it, at that time his voice got very high and was using all kindsof profanity, cussing they service manager out, service manager told him to calm down or he wouldhang up, and when he didn't the service manager hung up on himNow the service manager stated thathe called back again still cussing and screaming at him and he threaten him, also the cashiers up frontstated that he was cussing at them and using all kinds of profanity to themI got statements from all ofthe employees involved and will fax along with this replyWe stand behind all our work and would havetook care of the tire issue at no chargeI did not call the customer about this issue due to himresponding to youI'll will wait for your reply.Thank you Michael Lehman
