I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. However, it shouldn't have taken so long for my refund check to be issuedAlso, it would have given me more peace of mind if the refund process would have been explained to be from the beginningInstead, each time I called I got a different excuse as to why my check wasn't readyThis raised my suspicion. Regardless, at this point I will never do business with this company again now will I ever recommend them to friends or family.

Mr*** wrote a personal check to the Kia Depot on May 6th, 2016. It was receipted on our computer system at 8:14pm that day. The check was processed and deposited to our bank Monday May 9th, 2016. Our sales department requested that Mr***'s check be refunded to him on May
13th, 2016. Our company policy is that when the payment type is a personal check we wait ten business days to release funds as it can take up to that long for returned checks to be processed. Mr***'s funds are scheduled to be released 05/23/2016. We can release the funds sooner if Mr*** can provide a copy of his cancelled check so we have confirmation the check will not be returned to us unpaid. We have uploaded a copy of our check #*** to Mr*** issued today for release Monday. We are contacting Mr*** to find out how he would like to take delivery of the check

Upon receiving the order through our online catalog, we
began the order for Mr***.
Unfortunately, the freight calculations were not correct for this
particular part. Instead of $that
we stated the charges would be online, true freight was over $100.00.
When we learned of this situation, we decided
to take care of Mr*** for the price our online catalog showed. However, due to a miscommunication, an
attempt to collect the additional freight was made. This caused significant delays. Upon receiving this complaint through the
Revdex.com, immediate contact was made to Mr***. At that point, Ms*** stated that he had
found the part elsewhere and would no longer need our product. We immediately gave Mr*** his funds back
and cancelled his order. In follow up to
this complaint, we have gone through each part we have available online and
verified what the freight costs are and have fixed any discrepancies that were
found. We apologize for the unfortunate
event but are thankful that Mr*** alerted us to this error
