We had two appointments scheduled for different units at the same complexWe met with the tenant at apt ***, and the appointment was completedWhen *** called in to request an eta, she stated she was the property manager , not the tenantWe spoke with the technician who advised us advised that he had already met with the tenant. Which became a disagreementOur tech was advising us that he had already been out , which was what we relayed to ***, until he realized he had two units at the same addressWhen the mistake was noticed , I, Jarva, sincerely apologized to her for the confusion and sent the tech to return to the complex immediatelyI received the initial complaint placed with Revdex.com and contacted her again to apologize and resolve the situationThe employee who originally spoke with *** is no longer available with the company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed I did not schedule two different units to be seenThe appointment was only scheduled for one unitWhen I contacted them for the eta on Tuesday the tech was NOT on property as they stated, they told me "he had been at the property earlier that morning and the plumber had resolved the A/C issue" (not sure what a plumber had to do with the condensing unit not cooling), I told them it wasn't true that the tech had been there as the tenant, my maintenance crew & I had been waiting for them and no one had shown upShe then proceeded to basically call me a liar stating it was "a he said, she said" and there was nothing more they could do for meI did receive a call back yesterday but only after she advised me that she had received my complaint from the Revdex.comShe went as far as telling me that she was present during the time that I was being mistreated by the employees and was going to make sure the owner was aware of how I was treatedEven after all that, the owner/supervisor did not have the common courtesy to call themselves and apologize on how their employees treated meI can guarantee that what they stated as what transpired during the time I dealt with them is inaccurateI've been in this business for over years and have never experienced such horrible customer serviceThe employees were completely rude, out of line & extremely disrespectful.

There was confusion in the address on our end. This customer had an appointment for 2 separate units this complex. We only had a work order for 1 appointment so as the tech was there, the property manager called for an eta on the machine we hadn't serviced. We thought she was inquiring about the...

machine he was already servicing. Once we realized the mistake, we sent the tech to return. We did apologize to the customer for the customer service experience, confusion, and inconvenience.

I've been in this business for over 10 years and have never experienced such horrible customer service. The employees were completely rude, out of line & extremely disrespectful.
