in response to id# [redacted] Mr [redacted] was informed that our service was on a two to three week backlog when he brought his mower in for repairHe said that was fine, it was late in the year and timing wasn't an issueUpon inspection of his mower, we found damage to both the engine and the equipment itselfWe placed a call to Husqvarna dealer, tech services and were instructed to send the pictures and more information concerning Mr [redacted] mowerOnce photos were sent to Husqvarna all we can do is wait for their decision, which toke almost an entire weekThe damage to the mower was unusual and not something I or husqvarna had seen in the pastWe received a response from Husqvarna asking if the machine were damaged underneath in any way, that could have been customer error (i.edamage from contact from striking an object or customer maintenance done incorrectly)Mr [redacted] did contact us inquiring about his mower, I was personally with another customer and Mr [redacted] was adamant about discussing this issueI informed him of the damage to the underside of the mower, at which time he accused me of doing the damage to his machineI am guilty of not keeping Mr [redacted] informed regularlyI did become defensive with Mr [redacted] , rightfully, after he accused me of damaging his mowerthe extended time between correspondence was due to the wait time between emails, phone calls between Husqvarna and myselfI informed Mr [redacted] that I would contact him as soon as I got a response from the manufacturerHe agreed, then I received this letter from the Revdex.comI have since contacted Mr [redacted] and ask him to come pick up his un-repaired mower, and have gotten no response from himWe are no longer interested in repairing his machine
