Review: Installation of custom tile shower started in spring of 2013 has still not been completed. Also quality of workmanship issue brought up during the install process have not been rectified. Attempts to work with owner have resulted in repeated promises and false statements. Owner promised to replace defective work "this spring", but it is now June and owner has made no attempt to contact us for updates. Issues are:Quality of work.1. Uneven tile and grout lines2. Tiles cut by hand are chipped and uneven3. Floor of shower is lower than drain leading to pooling of water and potential structural damage in the future.4. Floor has numerous "skiving" tile that have sharp edges that have potential to cut feet.5. Grout is cracking and improperly sealed leading to potential water damage.6. Bullnose tile unfinished.Customer service1. Owner stated "I thought the job was done". Even though he had to order more bullnose tile to complete project.2. Although I personally went to the store multiple times to check on when project would be completed owner would make statements like, "to be honest I forgot about you", " I will get someone on it next week", "I was just calling the installer".3. Owner asked for payment even though project was not complete.Desired Settlement: Because I am going to have to replace the entire shower, due to defective workmanship, I would ask Tomahawk Flooring to cease any further action for this project, and send me a letter verifying that they will not charge me for any materials, or work done to date.
