Ordered bite gloves, they were not of good quality for our use. I asked to exchange them for a better, more expensive pair and they agreed. I asked about shipping and they said since an exchange that it would be even. Not true - they made us pay the shipping on the second pair plus the second pair also is not of good quality so we want to return them. Now we have to pay shipping charges THREE times. Bogus!
